Don’t miss the chance to hear poet Constance Patrick speak at the upcoming
Scottsdale Society of Women Writers meeting on Wednesday, April 30th at 6:00pm.
In her talk, Constance will explore the vitality and relevance of modern poetry today.
She’ll discuss how classic poetic forms remain powerful tools for addressing contemporary social and cultural themes. The evening will also feature readings from a few of her published books.
Location - Chompie's, 9301 E. Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ
Cost - $25 per person via PayPal or Venmo (no payments at the door) - Cost includes a buffet of sandwiches, salads, special items and a variety of beverages. Please arrive between 5:15 and 5:30 to check-in, mingle and savor the buffet.
